I have nothing but praise for the doctors when I can get an appointment. I am glad to see most doctors staying with the surgery over the long term. They clearly care and remember their patients. I always have issues gaining an appointment. The phone often cuts me off whilst waiting to speak to someone. When I do finally get through, it’s a flip of a coin if the receptionist isn’t rude. In the past year, there has been issues with my records, that negatively affected my treatment. On balance, over the years, I would give back positive feedback for the surgery. And where I have noticed needs improvement, has usually improved. Apart from phones and appointments. When I called today, I found the receptionist quiet rude and didn’t check who I was or what I was calling for before dismissing/ denying me an appointment. I find this very concerning considering how poorly the report is for the care of vulnerable patients. I am happy to be a part of a patient consultant group, if the surgery would like more detailed feedback.

Most of the Gp are quite helpful and include me in the decision. However, there is 1 or 2 who need to be more patient sensitive. I ensure that I booked my appointments with those I feel more comfortable with. The receptionist mostly welcoming, however there is one lady who might be very new who have a unwelcome voice over the phone. Spoke to her recently trying to get a telephone consultation during the pandemic. I did not recognised her voice. Maybe she is new.

I make a call. The receptionist was very helpful. The audio/video consultant with Dr Kasim was very very good. I was totally impressed with the way the consultant was done remotely. Claps for the NHS and keep up with the good work Maybe a question is needed when you didn't visit the office as I only made a call to the office.

Eagle house is the nicest surgery in Enfield. My mother s registered here as am I and I am her carer so my experience is two-fold. The receptionists are always kind, helpful and polite despite having to deal with some very rude patients. The doctors I have seen (Doctors Rubinstein, Khalid, K and Murphy) are all very approachable and knowledgeable and patients are not made to feel rushed even though the doctors are so busy and over-stretched. The idea that a dr will ring you before making an appointment for you is a great idea and stops unnecessary wasting of doctors time. It is difficult to get through on the phone lines first thing in the morning but what surgery these days can you get through to first thing in the morning? If all patients made use of the surgery in the correct manner and a couple more GPs were willing to join this lovely practice then there would be more positive reviews. Most people are quick to complain but not so quick to give credit where credit is due. Special thanks to Nina Sharon and Lisa

When I took my wife who was ill to this surgery, I was refused access to see a doctor by the receptionist. The receptionist informed me in an extremely ignorant tone that I should attend an A&E hospital, and when I requested an ambulance I was told to take the bus to the hospital. After arriving at the hospital my wife was eventually seen after waiting for an hour. My wife had suffered needlessly during the ordeal and is still now suffering from the aftermath of the lack of care and attention at this GP Surgery. I believe that if a caring receptionist was on duty that wanted to do the job effectively and with compassion and not with an attitude then there would be fewer complaints. Of course the Practice Manager is responsible for the culture of unhelpfulness displayed at this GP Surgery. The AE Hospital care was first class .This GP Surgery suffers from first class doctors serviced by a third world receptionists. I changed from this GP Surgery when about 20 years ago I went in person to attempt to see a doctor to be told by the receptionist to phone in for an appointment so I registered with another GP Surgery but my wife remained because the GPs are very good despite the receptionist culture of obstruction.
